The documents required for unmarried foreign nationals are: - Passport original or RNE original (Brazilian ID for Foreigners) - Birth Certificate original - certified by a Brazilian Consulate in the issuing country - Declaration of Civil Status
NOTE: The Birth Certificate and the Declaration of Civil Status will have to be translated by a certified translator In Brazil, for then to be registered in the Registry for Deeds and Documents. The Declaration of Civil Status is valid for 90 days only. |
